About Phase 1 Sports
In 2003 Michael Waters started working with youth athletes in the Las Vegas Valley with one simple goal. "Help them get to the next level". Being a running back at UNLV, playing for legendary Coach John Robinson, he took his years of experience and set out to develop complete athletes.
As Phase 1 Sports continued to grow and successfully assist hundreds of athletes in getting to the next level, it was time to expand. Fast forward to 2025, Phase 1 now has multiple locations, one of which is in Hawaii. As we continue to grow and help more athletes accomplish their goals, we also launched Phase 1 Online in 2021.
P1 Online is an app-based platform that allows people to join the Phase 1 Family from anywhere in the world.
So as training advances and athlete development becomes more important, Phase 1 will continue to be a leader in the industry. Each location is built on world-class facilities where athletes have access to elite training, recovery, and complete recruiting guidance.
