Lean II Leaner 6 Week Training Program with Mike WatersLEAN II LEANER
May 24th is the official start date of LEAN II LEANER.
There's no coincidence that May 24th is exactly 6-weeks until July 4th weekend!
Quarantine is over, the pools will be open, which means excuses are gone and it's time to get in the best shape of your life.
But, don't go at it alone!
Join me and the Phase 1 Online Community and let us help you accomplish your goals and be ready to celebrate!
2 Complete 3-Week Training Programs: In order to maximize the results of the 6-week LEAN II LEANER training, we will complete (2) 3-week training programs.
Complete Macro Nutrition Profile: Nutrition is the single most important factor in any new training program. To ensure success, you will learn how to set your daily caloric intake and calculate macros on a weekly basis.
Weekly Group Video Call: The problem with most online programs is that there is no accountability. You receive a plan and from there you are on your own to make it work. When we say "Join the Tribe" that's exactly what we mean. We will video conference every week to answer questions, make changes, and keep you motivated.
Weekly Check-In: The key to success is accountability. So every Sunday there will be a weekly check-in. At that time you will submit your weekly photos, measurements, and a summary of your week. Once received, I will personally respond with individual feedback.
Unlimited Email Access: Throughout the week you will have questions, you will need motivation, or it can be as simple as an adjustment to your program. That's why you will have unlimited email access during the 6-week LEAN II LEANER training program.

After posting a 30sec clip of this workout on Instagram, I decided to upload the complete video to YouTube.
So here it is!
Athletic Based Training, when it comes to strength, is still built on the traditional foundational exercises. So even though I spend a lot of my training time on the turf, I still incorporate 3-4 days a week of traditional strength training with a few "athletic" type combos to balance out the program.

ABT- Athletic Based Training: TRX UpperBody CircuitABT- Athletic Based Training: TRX UpperBody Circuit
When your body is fatigued TRX suspension training is the perfect go to.
The TRX straps allow you to adjust your resistance very easily, forces your core to engage, and creates great muscle isolation.
Depending on your conditioning level, you can complete this program as a circuit. So basically completing all of the exercises back to back before taking a break. Or you can split them up as individual exercises.
In either case, complete four rounds total.
