The Unboxing of My New AUVON Tens Unit!
At 42 years old recovery is the key to my Athletic Training Programs. So I'm always looking for the right tools to help with the recovery process.
After many reviews, I decided to order the AUVON Tens Unit and I'm glad that I did. The many features of the unit along with the simple set up are perfect for what I need. My focus is the function of the tens, but I can see the benefits of the muscle stimulator as well. The pads are also very good quality, which is important for continued usage.

This is one of my personal training programs that I wanted to share. It's a complete lower body workout that you can utilize 1-2 times per week. Make sure to select the proper amount of weight and progress from there.
In this workout, you will need 1 band and a set of small chains. If you do not have them, no worries just do it without!

When it's time to change up the training program you don't have to go to far. Sometimes it can be as simple as adding chains or bands to your current workout. Here is a workout from last week that I put together simply to change it up and shock my neuromuscular system.
