How to Build a Fitness Brand | Fitness Marketing for Personal Trainers Gym Owners | Phase 1 SportsIn 2003 I had one simple goal. Help athletes get to the next level.
For the last 18 years, I've invested thousands of hours into this mission.
Today, I can say that we have one of the strongest brands in the industry.
With multiple locations, clients as young as 7 years old, to NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, and every other professional sport.
The Phase 1 name is now credible to everyone in the industry.
Now, almost 19 years later I have become the coach and mentor to a number of fitness professionals. From gym owners to online coaches and trainers and everyone in between. Based on scheduling and the fact that I still own and operate multiple facilities, I can only work with 10 coaching clients at a time.
However, I've seen some great results and I knew there was a way to help so many more fitness business entrepreneurs.
So this is an introduction to my new "Building a Fitness Brand" Course.
I'm still in the process of completing the course, but here are the basics.
-Online Digital Course Full Access
-Action items and strategies that can be applied immediately
-(4) Weeks of live group coaching
-Private Text Group Community
So in the meantime enjoy the 18-year journey of Phase 1 Sports and prepare to take your fitness business to the next level.

How to Ease Sciatic Nerve Pain in 10 MinutesHow to Ease Sciatic Nerve Pain in 10 Minutes
Depending on how severe your sciatic pain is, this may help.
For years I have dealt with sciatic nerve pain coming and going. However, for over a year I haven't had any issues.
This dynamic warm-up is perfect to help alleviate that pain. For me, I use it as a warm-up or active recovery day. The Glute Activation alone is great for getting some relief from that painful sciatic nerve.
Give it a try and let me know what you think!
