FITNESS AND COMPETITION PREP TRAINING

Fitness Competition Prep is typically a 12-week journey. Phase 1 will support your mission through a fully integrated and customized program as well as monitor and document your progression as each day brings you one step closer to hitting the stage.

The Phase 1 Sports bikini program includes a progressive nutrition, supplement, and training program based on your physical development. Behind the glamour and pageantry involved in these competitions, it takes an extreme level of dedication, commitment, and consistency to emerge as your best you.

Following the initial evaluation, each competitor will be provided with a custom nutrition plan, consisting of protein, carb and fat counts, as well as a recommended supplement schedule.

Phase 1 Fitness is one of the most complete programs available. If you are serious about competing this is the program for you!

Fitness Team Training (Monday thru Thursday 10am/7pm and Saturday 11 am) Phase 1 Fitness Team is not your traditional program. We have made the decision to utilize athletic based training to prepare our athletes for competition.

Our success speaks for itself with multiple top 5 finishes and a number of overall winners. For us, this journey is not only about competing but the mental challenge of pushing yourself to the limit.

Evaluation Each athlete will start with a complete evaluation in order to set goals, nutrition, and start the process. Evaluations will also be done every three weeks throughout competition prep. This will assure that training and nutrition changes are made consistently to assure success.

Nutrition and Supplementation Our individualized nutrition programs is a key component to our success. Each program is individualized and includes supplements.

Other Services As an additional benefit to our athletes we also offer physical therapy and recovery programs all at very affordable pricing.
