Athlete Performance Training Schedule and Pricing


  • Basic Unlimited Athlete Performance Membership $150 a month
    • Unlimited Speed, Agility, Quickness OR Functional Strength Training Classes
    • Maximum of 5 (1) hour training sessions per week
    • Functional Strength Training Monday through Thursday (Ages 7-12) 5pm-6pm (Ages 13+) 6pm-7pm
    • Speed Agility Quickness Monday through Thursday (Ages 7-12) 6pm-7pm (Ages 13+) 7pm-8pm
    • Saturday Warrior Workout (Ages 7-12) 10am-11am (Ages 13+) 11am-12pm

In order to maximize results we recommend a minimum of three training sessions per week.

  • Advanced Unlimited Athlete Performance Membership $250 a month
    • Unlimited Speed, Agility, Quickness AND Functional Strength Training Classes
    • Maximum of 4 (2) hour and 1 (1) hour training session per week. One hour of Functional Strength and one hour of Speed, Agility, Quickness along with a (1) hour Warrior Workout on Saturday.
    • Functional Strength Training Monday through Thursday (Ages 7-12) 5pm-6pm (Ages 13+) 6pm-7pm.
    • Speed Agility Quickness Monday through Thursday (Ages 7-12) 6pm-7pm  (Ages 13+) 7pm-8pm
    • Saturday Warrior Workout (Ages 7-12) 10am-11am  (Ages 13+) 11am-12pm

In order to maximize results we recommend a minimum of three training sessions per week. All memberships are month to month and do not have contracts. Cancellations must be done in person at the front desk or in writing by email.

Drop-in price for all individual Athlete Performance Classes is $25.

  • Elite Performance Group Training Prices
    • Individual Small Group Training Session Price $40 per session
    • Small Group Training 2x a week + Unlimited Classes $400 a month
    • Small Group Training 3x a week + Unlimited Classes $500 a month

For maximum results we recommend (2) Small Group Training sessions per week minimum and possibly (2) Athlete Performance Training Classes depending on athletes practice/game schedule.

  • Athletic Based 1 on 1 Training Prices
    • Individual Athletic Based 1 on 1 Training Session Price $80 per session
    • Athletic Based 1 on 1 Training 2x a week + Unlimited Classes $600 a month
    • Athletic Based 1 on 1 Training 3x a week + Unlimited Classes $800 a month

For maximum results we recommend a minimum of (2) Athletic Based 1 on 1 Training sessions per week and possibly (2) Athlete Performance Training Classes depending on athletes practice/game schedule.

  • Team Performance Training Prices
    • Team Individual Training Session $200 per session
    • Minimum of 10 and Maximum of 20 athletes per session
    • Potential price discount at (2) or more sessions per week
  • Monthly Performance Program Prices
    • Monthly Membership $250 a month
    • 3-5 day a week specialized training program
    • Flexible schedule
    • No monthly contract
