NFL Combine Preparation


Phase 1 Sports 8-week program

  • Speed and strength training 6 days a week
  • Field training
  • Position training
  • Individual correctives
  • Individual pre, mid and completion evaluation
  • Opening day sit down and goal setting with Head Trainer Mike Waters
  • Customized meals; 3 per day, 6 days a week
  • On-site physical therapy with massage ($2,000 credit to be used by athlete) Insurance also accepted.
  • Daily supplements: pre-workout, aminos during workout, protein after workout
  • Housing provided: athletes will stay with other athletes in a rented and furnished home. Price is for single occupancy per room.
  • Shuttle service provided to and from home and facility
  • Weekly pricing available for athletes and agents following combine, in preparation for pro-day
  • Program is set for 8 weeks; January 2nd-Februray 25th.
