Welcome to Phase 1 Sports’ Online Nutrition and Training Program. One of the keys to this program’s success, as well as what sets us a part from others, is Phase 1’s Athletic Based Training principles where both traditional and athletic training principles merge. You’ll also notice a simplified nutrition approach that allows you to track macros within a flexible eating schedule – also known as “flexible dieting.” But don’t be fooled by the name, this strategy still requires both discipline and preparation to see the greatest results.

Phase 1’s goal is to create a healthy and maintainable lifestyle and enhance your overall athletic ability. Our programs are created based on your individual goal, timeline, and are designed based on what you have access to. So if you are a young athlete, parent of an athlete or a experienced fitness competitor we can take your skills to the next level.

What does the program inlcude:

  • Initial consultation by phone, FaceTime, or skype to discuss program goals, timelines, etc.
  • Basic evaluation to access starting point (includes photos, measurements, body composition, etc)
  • Basic information on training location, access to equipment, etc. (Gym is recommended but not necessary).
  • Complete Personalized Program with video demonstration when needed.
  • Consultation to discuss program in detail (time, rest periods, goals, etc).
  • Unlimited email support throughout 4 weeks.
  • Followup consultation at the conclusion of program
  • Closing evaluation to track progress
