Phase 1 Sports is pleased to announce our Fall 2017 Schedule.
We are now accepting sign-ups for all of our training programs offered this fall. Whether you are in-season this fall, preparing for winter or spring basketball or competing year-round, we have times and programs to help you achieve your absolute potential.
Small Group Training (Monday thru Friday 2-5pm) As many of you know, our small group training offers athletes private/customized training at a group price.
Our small group training is offered at super convenient times to fit students' schedules. Our primary small group training includes: Group Speed and Agility Basketball Skills Training
Other Services We also offer private training, nutrition, and supplements education/programming, physical therapy and recovery programs all at very affordable pricing.
Finally, remember we now offer on-site Sub Zero cryo-therapy and post game recovery for athletes currently competing in-season. These modalities are proven to help prevent in-season injuries and help athletes perform at peak condition throughout the season.
